Ticket purchase and validity

• This ticket is proof of a purchase for ACTIVATE EMBODY ENERGY RETREAT and must be presented for admission.
• The ticket is valid for one person only and is not transferable.
• Tickets cannot be duplicated or reproduced for fraudulent entry.
• Entry may be refused if tickets are damaged, defaced, or not purchased from an authorised seller. 

Refunds, cancellations, and exchanges

• All ticket sales are final, with no refunds or exchanges for a change of personal circumstances, such as an inability to attend.
• If an event is canceled entirely due to unforeseen circumstances, a refund of the ticket’s face value may be issued.
• Additional fees, like processing or handling charges, are non-refundable.
• In case of a rescheduled or postponed event, tickets are valid for the new date, and refunds may be offered.
• Events are often “rain or shine,” and bad weather is not a valid reason for a refund unless it causes a safety-related cancellation

Event access and rules

• Right of admission: The venue or event organiser reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any person who is disruptive, unruly, or violates event policies, without a refund.
• Latecomers: If you arrive late, you may not be admitted until a suitable break in the performance, or not at all.
• Age restrictions: The ticket holder must be the minimum age specified for the event, and proof of age may be required.

Prohibited items and activities

• Recording devices: The use of cameras, audio, and video recorders is  prohibited.
• Liability: Attendees assume all risks associated with the event and waive any claims against the organizer for personal injury or property damage.
• Resale restrictions: The ticket may not be resold. Tickets that have been resold illegally may be canceled without a refund. 

Organiser’s rights

• Program changes: The organiser reserves the right to add, withdraw, or substitute artists, speakers, and vary the program, prices, or venue.
• Image and likeness: The ticket holder consents to being photographed, filmed, and/or recorded as part of the event and for promotional purposes. 
• Copyrighted content: You cannot republish or copy copyrighted material, such as event descriptions, images, or presentations, from the event organizer’s website or other third-party sources without permission. 
• Recording bans: For private or exclusive events, we impose recording bans on attendees. 
• Confidential discussions: During industry events, certain topics are considered off-limits for public discussion to prevent competitors from gaining an unfair advantage.

Not a Substitute for Medical Care:

• Our services are not a substitute for professional medical care or treatment.
• Holistic healing should not be used as a replacement for medical diagnosis, advice, or treatment.

Individual Results May Vary:

• Each person’s body and health condition are unique, and results from our services may vary.
• We cannot guarantee specific outcomes or improvements in any particular health condition.

Health Conditions and Contraindications:

• It is your responsibility to inform us of any relevant health conditions, injuries, or medications prior to receiving our services.

Safety and Comfort:

• We prioritise your safety and comfort during our services.
• Please communicate openly with your facilitators about any discomfort, pain, or concerns during the session.
• If at any time you feel uncomfortable or experience pain, please inform the facilitators immediately.

Responsibility to Seek Medical and  Other Professional Advice :

• If you have any doubts, concerns, or questions about whether our services are suitable for you, we encourage you to consult with a qualified healthcare provider before booking in for the event.
• Personal Views: If you have any concerns about the information you have received over the event please seek professional advice from  Doctors, Lawyers or Accountants 

If you are taking any other medication, are suffering from a medical condition and/or are at all concerned about any of the advice or ingredients consult your doctor before taking or using products.
