Juicing

What Fruits and Vegetables can be used for Juicing?

Here I have suggested a few items and recipes for now. They are simple and the products can be found just about anywhere.

These are for all adults. Beware that you should consult your doctor or medical practitioner first. This information isn’t for replacing any medical advice you may have received. It is only general information.

These following list of fruit and vegetables are excellent all-around tonic, blood and kidney cleansers:

 Beetroot – usually mixed with other vegetables or fruits
 Apple
 Carrot
 Cucumber
 Celery
 Grapes
 Grapefruit
 Kale
 Lemon juice
 Lime juice
 Papaya (Pawpaw)
 Pear
 Pineapple
 Spinach
 Swiss Chard (Beetroot leaves)
 Watercress

Mix and match – do a combination, experiment with your taste buds and see what you like. I normally do like equal quantities of each item. Normally I do 4 to 5 items for a combination. You can have just 1 item juiced. It is all up to you.

Once you’ve made your juice its best to drink it straight away. I also on my busy days make more and place it in the fridge and have it throughout the day and evening. If I am out for meetings I just place it in my water bottle and take it with me in my ice pack bag – I like it chilled.
