How to Use your 2025 Moon Goddess Diary

This diary is written with the intention that you write, draw, colour, paint, paste and doodle in it. Its pages are longing for you to fill them each week with sprinkles of your love. Sometimes when you get a new diary, a little part inside of you stirs up – it’s a resistance to actually putting anything in your pages that may not be right, may not be good enough or could be judged. You may feel it’s imperfect or it’s something you feel ashamed about. It’s all just your fears (usually from when you were at school) about being imperfect and not enough.

Let’s do a quick ritual to bring healing to this area so that you are free to play and creatively express yourself throughout your diary and also this whole year.

Hold your diary open (it doesn’t matter which page) and start to breathe deeply, in and out. Settle into your body with your calming breath, slow it down and allow your breath to find a calming rhythm of its own . . . that’s it.
