Broome Bliss Detox Smoothie

1 or 2 large mangoes (depending on the size) peeled and cut into pieces
2 ripe bananas peeled and cut into pieces
10 cm ginger peeled
½ pineapple skin removed and cut into pieces
2 cups water

Place a couple of pieces at a time into the juice and juice. Continue until you have juiced all your ingredients.

You can reduce the amount of ginger if you like to less.

I like my fruit and vegetables to be cold so when I finish juicing I have a cold drink. But you can just add ice if you like in your glass instead.
