Kimberley Cool Detox Smoothie

1 Cucumber cut into pieces
10cm piece of ginger
½ pineapple skinned and cut into pieces
3 cups of watermelon – remove skin and cut into pieces
1 lime juice remove skin and cut into pieces

Place a couple of pieces at a time into the juicer and juice. Continue until you have juiced all your ingredients.

You can reduce the amount of ginger if you like to less.

I like my fruit and vegetables to be cold so when I finish juicing I have a cold drink. But you can just add ice if you like in your glass instead.
